Privacy Policy
This draft describes the intended handling of account, product, usage, billing, and connected-service data in the Lumivora Public Beta.

Information collected
Account details, verified email address, profile data, product content, files, prompts, execution logs, usage records, support communications, and limited device and security data may be processed to provide the service.
AI providers and connected services
Content may be sent to the AI provider or connected service selected by the user. Provider-specific retention and training terms may apply. Lumivora will disclose available routing and connection status in the product.
Credentials and secrets
Supported provider keys and service credentials are intended to be encrypted at rest, used server-side only, and excluded from logs. Users remain responsible for credentials they connect.
Billing and usage
Stripe will process payment details. Lumivora intends to store subscription, entitlement, credit-ledger, and reconciliation records needed to operate the account.
Rights and contact
Subject to applicable law, users may request access, correction, export, or deletion. Contact support@lumivoralabs.com. Retention windows and jurisdiction-specific disclosures require owner and legal review before launch.
