Terms of Service
This draft outlines proposed terms for using Lumivora Labs during the Public Beta. It requires owner and legal review before acceptance is enabled.
Proposed effective date: Public Beta launch. Last draft update: November 5, 2026.
Eligibility and accounts
Users must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and be legally able to accept these terms. Accounts are personal unless an organization feature states otherwise.
Public Beta
Beta features may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn. Availability indicators must not be interpreted as a guarantee. Lumivora will not present untested integrations or execution as complete.
Plans, credits, and renewal
Paid plans renew monthly at the displayed price unless cancelled. Any eligible first-month promotion applies only to the first month; renewal occurs at full price. AI and compute usage are metered. Purchased credits do not expire under the proposed product policy. No automatic top-ups are planned.
User content and output
Users retain rights they have in submitted content. Users are responsible for reviewing outputs and for ensuring they have authority to connect repositories, providers, files, and services.
Suspension and termination
Lumivora may restrict access for security threats, abuse, unlawful conduct, non-payment, or material breach. Final warranty, liability, governing-law, dispute, and termination language requires counsel review.
